It's Spring Yoga Special Time at Unanderra. New students can begin classes during September with a 10 week Introductory Course for $90- at the Unanderra Community Centre: Wednesdays at 6pm - 7:30pm and Thursdays 10am - 11:40am for beginners. Also, for students with at least one year experience, Mondays at 5:45pm - 7:20pm.

There will be no 6:30pm class on Tuesday, January 26 at the Moore Street Yoga Room. All other classes at Moore Street will be as scheduled. Classes at Unanderra Community Centre will resume for the year on February 1.

What kinds of habits do we hold on to, in mind and body, and how do we really explore new dimensions in our practice? It is suitable for students with at least one year of regular attendance in Iyengar yoga classes and who are reasonably confidant/stable in sarvangasana (shoulderstand) and will include asana (physical postures) and pranayama (breath work).

In this workshop we will work on various ways to understand dynamism within your yoga practice.

Johnny's Autumn workshop traditionally focuses on the creation, conservation and flow of energy in the body. There will be work on all categories of poses but with a specific focus on the breath and how the organic and endocrine systems are looked after.
