Freshness, vitality and renewal are the hallmarks of spring. But how do we keep our yoga practice 'new' while building on past experience and knowledge? This workshop will explore this theme, in relation to mind, body and breath, in an energetic format . It is suitable for students with at least one year of regular attendance in Iyengar yoga classes and who are reasonably confidant/stable in sarvangasana (shoulderstand) and will include asana (physical postures) and pranayama (breath work).

Bookings are essential and numbers are limited. An earlybird rate of $70- will apply if payment is made by September 4, after that date the cost is $80-.
