Date: July 30 & 31, 2016:
Saturday: 2:30pm – 5:30pm
Sunday: 8:00am – 11:00am & 1:00pm – 2:30pm
Venue: Moore Street Yoga Room: Suite 103, 62 Moore Street, Austinmer

Suitable for those with at least 12 months regular practice: students should be reasonably confident in shoulderstand (sarvangasana) and either be doing headstand (sirsasana) or be familier with headstand preparations or suitable alternatives (contact Johnny if you are unsure). The workshop will include Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breath work) and restorative asanas.
 
As well as the three sessions above, participants are encouraged to attend the 7:30am, Saturday morning led-practice on July 30 ($10-: proceeds contribute to the upkeep of the Moore Street Yoga Room). Led by Johnny, this practice will complement and lay the foundations for the themes explored during the workshop.
