How do you work intently, but without strain? How do you experiment at the boundaries of what’s known, without causing yourself harm? How do you balance stability and mobility; intensity with subtle action? BKS Iyengar warned that todays practice should not harm tomorrow’s. So how do we work in such a way?

Johnny’s Autumn Sunday Workshop will be held at the Moore Street Yoga Room on Sunday, March 31, 2019:
8:00am - 11:00am  &  1:00pm - 2:30pm

This workshop is suitable for students with at least one year of regular attendance in yoga classes, or who have their own established practice, and who are reasonably confidant/stable in sarvangasana (shoulderstand) and sirsasana (headstand) or familiar with headstand preparations or alternatives. The workshop will include asana (physical postures), restorative postures and pranayama (breath work).

Bookings are essential and numbers are limited. An earlybird rate of $75- will apply if payment is made by March 24, after that date the cost is $95-. Payment can be made in person at class, or by direct bank deposit (please email Johnny to book and deposit details will be returned to you).
