If you were able to make it, I hoped you enjoyed the Holiday Yoga this year :). We got pretty busy at times, as the photo shows, so thanks everyone, for making it work so well.
Classes are now back to the normal timetable at The Moore Street Yoga Room and will resume at The Unanderra Community Centre on Monday, February 3, 2014.
Watch this space, as there will be some new classes beginning early this year, dates and more details to be announced soon:
On Wednesdays at noon there will be a special restorative/remedial session for those that want particular help with injuries or chronic conditions. This will be a small class that requires an initial 5 week commitment to become familiar with a personalized sequence and bookings will be essential. Please email me if you are interested in this program;
Also, on Saturday afternoons, about once a month, there will be a series of mini-workshops that will focus on Iyengar Yoga: Alignment, Techniques, Variations and Adjustments and the whys and wherefores. We will go through the foundation poses in detail, probably only about 3 or 4 poses each session, so these workshops are for students who don't just want to 'do' but want to embark on serious study (and perhaps go on to teacher training).
